In the bustling heart of Dubai, I recently had the pleasure of meeting Kunooz, one of the most esteemed toy distributors in the UAE. Led by the visionary Sasi and supported by an exceptional team, Kunooz has carved a niche in the market by fostering genuine connections between makers and sales forces—connections that go beyond the flash of trade fairs and the expense of international trips.

During our meeting, held in the elegant setting of @thechedidubai, I was thoroughly impressed by Sasi’s innovative approach to business. His idea to organize a comprehensive venue equipped with a TV and product demonstrations was a game-changer. This setup facilitated a seamless dialogue between manufacturers and sales teams, promoting a rich exchange of ideas and knowledge.

Our discussions were as enlightening as they were engaging. We explored future product collaborations and shared insights on harnessing the potential of new items while delving deep into the unique features of our dolls and plush toys. This strategy not only allowed the sales forces to grasp the essence of our products but also ensured they could convey this understanding effectively to the end customers.

For me, this meeting was a revelation. It underscored the continuous learning journey within the toy industry. While selling products might seem straightforward, educating sales teams on why our products stand out—why they are unique—creates a significant impact. Ensuring that those on the front lines truly understand and believe in the products they sell can transform the business landscape.
Inspired by Sasi’s approach, I intend to extend this strategy to my other distributors. Inviting key buyers and sales forces to such meaningful meetings can yield substantial benefits, fostering a deeper comprehension of our offerings and creating a more informed sales force formed by Jeffrey Conti , Ryan Urbano , Jamsheer NP , Jayakrishnan, ROY Thomas and the leader of all 12 years experience in Dubai Prashanth the good soul of the team right hand of Mr . Sasi .

In conclusion, I must tip my hat to Mr. Sasi and the Kunooz team for their foresightedness and excellent initiative. This idea has not only proven to be immensely effective but is also a strategy I plan to implement across my distribution network. The journey of toys, after all, is one of endless learning and constant evolution, and strategies like these make all the difference.
